About Us

United States of Gipanq is the first cyber Nation in far east in the history of the universe.
Gipanq is the American and European nation in the Far East which is one of the countries of the Intellectual Kingdom.



Our head of state is the President. We have an organizer of Gipang. We have central organization and 16 states. Each state consists of a or several prefectures. Each state is centered on the each larget samurai-castle. And We must contemplate with the great know-how which is cultivated in order to put the operation constructively into use for profit on a stable proper course. Because Gipanq needs to establish world lead position with competitive power and also this is to stop the fraudulent politics revealed by the right to know and bring the sky into the hands of the sovereign people.

Due to the progress of Gipanq, the structure will be reformed. The president and vice president are elected by direct vote every four years. The president constitutes the executive branch (which includes executives such as chief executives, a special advisory body composed of former governors-general, a First Advisory Committee composed of former governors-general councils, and a Second Advisory Committee composed of former royal cabinets. The executive branch does not have veto power, presidential decree power, or power to dissolve parliament, but reflects the results of the midterm elections) and chairs it himself. The president can be re-elected for a maximum of two terms. The legislative branch (which has the power to enact legislation, budget, approve appointments, impeach, treaty and war powers, and overturn veto powers with a two-thirds majority) is Parliament. The vice president also serves as president of the Senate, and the speaker of the House of Representatives is elected by Parliament. The speaker of the House of Representatives is second in the line of succession to the president, after the vice president and president of the Senate, and higher in rank than the third-ranked president-in-command of the Senate. Midterm elections are held every two years, and the composition of Parliament changes as a check on the president's power. Even if Parliament tries to impose policies on the president that the president dislikes, the president can exercise his veto power. Conversely, even if the president wants to implement a policy, it cannot be realized unless Parliament passes the bill. The judiciary consists of three levels of courts, with the Supreme Court at the top.
